How do I use it?
Night only, 1–2 times a week.
- Patch test first on a small area (behind the ear or jaw) and wait 24–48 hours.
- Week 1–2: use it once a week to see how your skin reacts. After that, up to 2 nights a week.
- On clean, dry skin, massage a pea-sized amount over lines and the lower face for 30–60 seconds. Avoid eyelids and lips.
- Follow with a moisturizer or barrier cream.
- Always wear SPF the next morning.

Yes. The spicules create a light, prickly tingle while you massage. That's how you know they're working. It usually fades within a few hours. If you feel burning, or redness lasts into the next day, rinse it off and take a longer break before trying again.

It was made with mature skin in mind: fragrance-free, retinol-free, and with barrier-supporting ceramides, panthenol and shea butter. Because it contains spicules, always patch test first and start with once a week. Don't use it on broken, sunburned or irritated skin. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or under a dermatologist's care, check with your doctor first.

On the nights you use it, skip strong actives: retinol/retinoids, AHA/BHA acids, strong vitamin C, peels and scrubs. Use those on other nights. A gentle moisturizer on top is perfect. Always use SPF the next day.
